In 1995, partners Andrew Brecher, Valerie Brecher and Jeremy Abram founded Brecher Abram with a view to following the Brecher family tradition and establishing a premier niche property firm in the heart of the West End. The Brecher name has been synonymous with property law since the early 1950’s, when Valerie and Andrew’s father David John Brecher and uncle
Henry Brecher started to represent many of the great characters in the property world and Brecher & Co quickly became one of the largest and best-known legal practices in London.
David and Henry remain consultants to the firm today and their experience and knowledge of the property world is invaluable.
With a team of over 20 lawyers, we’ve been growing the practice rapidly over the past decade and broadening it from its original niche so that whilst the name Brecher is synonymous with property, it now means much more than that.
Brecher is about adding real value and we put as much effort into making introductions and offering solid commercial guidance as we do into delivering the highest quality legal advice.
In 2007 Brecher Abram changed its name to Brecher.
