Our Business Law Practice
Brecher’s business law practice is rapidly expanding, and was recently boosted by the arrival of Michael Steinfeld, the former London head of corporate at the international law firm Dechert.
Our clients include multinational corporations, UK-listed companies and private businesses, as well as individual entrepreneurs setting up new ventures. We represent directors and shareholders on a regular basis, and in all cases we pride ourselves on getting to know those businesses inside-out.
The main focus of our business law team is transactional work, including company and business acquisitions and disposals, mergers and de-mergers, reorganisations, joint ventures (both national and international), partnerships (including LLPs), company start-ups and advice on appropriate structures.
The team also advises on general commercial matters including: agency, distribution and supply arrangements, general terms and conditions of business, management agreements, concession arrangements, franchise agreements and employment contracts.
