Andrew is one of the founding partners of Brecher with over 25 years’ experience in property. Andrew is particularly well known for representing many of the top UK residential developers and given the very innovative funding arrangements now being seen in the marketplace, has developed a particular expertise in the area of joint ventures, co-operation agreements and project management arrangements. Andrew is valued by his clients as a highly effective trouble-shooter and a skilled negotiator who gets clients where they need to be, through a mixture of charm and tenacity.

Andrew has built up an enormous network of contacts in the property world, both domestic and overseas and has been particularly successful in cultivating an extensive contact base in New York. Andrew travels regularly to maintain and build upon that network of contacts and is an independently acknowledged networker, indeed, Property Week included Andrew within their list of the 50 most influential people in the UK property industry.

Andrew is a regular commentator for the Estates Gazette, the Financial Times, the Wall Street Journal and Property Week.

Andrew is also Honorary Solicitor to Westminster Property Owners Association.
