Bradley is a partner in the corporate department.

Bradley advises on a broad range of corporate transactional work for both UK and international clients, including M&A, investments and joint ventures. He has particular expertise in advising on the corporate aspects of significant property transactions, especially those involving the use of a corporate “wrapper”.

Bradley is the day-to-day “go to” solicitor for all company/commercial legal matters for a diverse range of private limited companies and unincorporated associations, with a particular focus on owner-managed businesses and SMEs involved in the beauty & cosmetics, media, professional services, recruitment and food sectors.

Bradley provides a fast and efficient service combined with pragmatic and, above all, robust commercial advice.

In addition, he has experience acting for individuals being investigated by the police for a broad range of criminal matters (including driving offences) and corporate clients being prosecuted by bodies such as the Health & Safety Executive.
