Lisa is a partner in the property department at Brecher; she has substantial experience of all aspects of commercial property. Her particular area of expertise is investment and development which increasingly also includes mixed-use and residential properties. Lisa’s clients value her practical approach to the often complex deals struck, particularly by her more entrepreneurial clients, endeavouring always to ensure that the commercial object of the transaction is not lost in the “lawyering”.

Lisa has managed large landlord client property portfolios and has enormous experience in all aspects of landlord and tenant matters. Acting for both landlords and tenants, Lisa is familiar with all issues parties can confront on leasing matters. This part of her practice also includes leasehold residential acquisitions and Lisa also has developed a very high end residential practice, acting on sales and purchases for on and offshore entities and very high-net-worth individuals in relation to some of the most sought after and expensive residences in London.
