Steven is a partner in our Dispute Resolution department where he advises both UK and overseas clients.

Steven has a wealth of experience in advising both landlords and tenants on all aspects of commercial and residential property litigation. Steven regularly acts in cases concerning business lease renewals, diliapidation claims, forfeiture claims, trespass claims, possession claims and rent and service charge litigation as well as on matters relating to tenant insolvency. Steven also acts in leasehold enfranchisement matters.

Steven’s broader litigation experience encompasses work for clients on all manner of contractual and debt disputes, shareholder and director disputes, professional negligence claims, personal injury and disputed wills and probate.

Steven regularly represents clients in the High Court, County Court and Leasehold Valuation Tribunal as well as in mediation and all other forms of alternative dispute resolution.

In addition to his litigation work, Steven also has a thriving matrimonial practice and he regularly advises high-net-worth individuals on matters relating to the breakdown of their marriage or relationship and the division and preservation of their financial assets on divorce or separation.

Steven is a member of the Property Litigation Association.
