Bryn heads up our restructuring and insolvency group and he is a key member of our commercial litigation group. He specialises in insolvency, advising insolvency practitioners in their capacity as liquidators, administrators, receivers, trustees and supervisors of arrangements on both contentious and non-contentious matters. Bryn is equally versed in and regularly acts for businesses and individuals looking to maximise recovery, assisting directors with trading issues and those facing disqualification proceedings, shareholder disputes, investigations and enforcement of commercial contracts. His work includes the sale of assets, antecedent transactions and regulatory and compliance issues. It is direct, hands-on and commercial practical advice that has won Bryn a loyal client base not just within the UK but internationally as well.
