Aileen is a senior solicitor with over 10 years’ experience. Aileen’s unusually broad legal experience has been gained from working both in private practice and in-house and she has developed a comprehensive mixed practice acting for a broad mix of clients from major corporations and retailers, specialist property investment companies and banks to high-net-worth individuals. Aileen’s work consists of all aspects of non-contentious commercial property including landlord & tenant, acting for both landlords and tenants, sales and purchases with a focus on shopping centers and hotels, having acted for a major hotel owner in the sale of a large chain of four and five star hotels, leading and managing auction sales, sales and leasebacks and managing large retail portfolios. Clients appreciate Aileen’s straightforward hands on “can do” approach and her ability to drive a transaction through efficiently, on time and on budget.
