Anita is a conveyancing consultant in our property department.
She advises on a broad range of commercial property transactions including the acquisition of land for commercial or residential development or for investment purposes, as well as sales. She also advises on all aspects of landlord and tenant work primarily in the commercial sector and has recently been involved in an increasing number of leasehold disposals to registered social landlords on behalf of residential developers.
Anita has significant experience of working on large portfolio transactions involving residential and commercial properties for both investors and funders.
