Bradley is a partner in our corporate department.
He advises on a broad range of corporate work, including private company mergers, acquisitions, disposals, strategic partnerships and joint ventures. He also advises on business start-ups, investments, shareholders’ agreements, limited liability partnership agreements and a broad range of commercial contracts including supply of goods/services agreements, business terms and conditions, IP and IT agreements and distribution agreements.
Bradley’s expertise also extends to non-contentious employment matters, including employment contracts, directors’ service agreements and compromise agreements.
In addition, Bradley has experience acting for individuals being investigated by the police for a broad range of criminal matters, including motoring offences and conspiracy to defraud, and corporate clients being prosecuted by the Health & Safety Executive.
