Clare heads the firm’s corporate department.

She is involved in providing specialist corporate advice primarily for clients in the property and leisure industries. She has particular experience of private company share and business sales and acquisitions, start ups, capital-raising, and joint venture and shareholder arrangements. She also advises on all matters relating to partnerships and limited liability partnerships.

Clare also regularly advises clients on day-to-day commercial matters including standard terms of business, supply, agency and distribution agreements.
