Michael is a consultant to our business law department.
He is responsible for advising clients on corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions. Michael is a senior corporate lawyer whose experience includes work for a wide range of companies, including listed companies, on matters ranging from AIM and full listings to mergers and acquisitions, including takeovers.
Previously a senior corporate partner with the international law firm Dechert in London, Michael also advises on general corporate transactions, such as partnerships, joint ventures and corporate reorganisations.
