Michele is a solicitor in our property department.

She has extensive experience in all aspects of real estate acting for high profile real estate investors/developers as well as occupiers. She has advised on a wide range of complex, high value investment acquisitions and disposals including leading multi discipline teams.

She also has considerable pre-letting experience, having worked on and led teams working on some of the largest new shopping centre developments in recent years. She has also dealt with high value retail, office and retail parks lettings and agreements for lease.

She has considerable development experience, in particular leading the recent development of a town centre retail scheme.
