Redmond is a partner in our property department.
He advises on all aspects of property matters with a particular emphasis on property finance acting for banks and borrowers on investment and development financing and general secured lending.
Redmond also has a wide range of experience acting on property matters for both developers and institutional clients including acquisitions and disposals (particularly transactions involving the use of tax saving structures) of both individual properties and portfolios and dealing with agreements for leases and high value lettings.
Currently Redmond is dealing with numerous pre and post insolvency related enquiries including acting for Law of Property Act Receivers and dealing with loan restructuring matters. Redmond also advises on dealing with insolvent tenants.
Redmond is a frequent speaker on funding and, at this time, insolvency related issues.
