Steven is a Partner in our Litigation Department.
He handles a wide variety of commercial litigation matters, with a particular emphasis on landlord and tenant disputes, including rent and service charge arrears litigation, breach of covenant, possession actions and forfeiture disputes.
Steven’s broader experience encompasses work for clients on all manner of contractual disputes, shareholder and director disputes, professional negligence claims, contentious probate, and insolvency. He also undertakes the majority of his own advocacy in the County Court and High Court.
Steven is a member of the London Solicitors Litigation Association and the Property Litigation Association.
