Thelma is a Partner in the firm’s Real Estate Department. Thelma has significant experience of advising Institutions, property companies, developers, trusts, joint ventures, international and domestic real estate funds on all aspects of acquisitions, development and management of investment properties. Thelma has experience across a range of sectors – offices, retail, industrial, hotels, healthcare, student accommodation and residential.
Thelma is also recognised for her expertise in property development including mixed-use developments and energy projects as well as acting for banks and other financial institutions in property finance transactions.
