Our planning and environmental practice advises on all aspects of the planning process from negotiating S106 agreements to running large public appeals. Most of our work in this area is for private investors, developers, local authorities and funders.
Areas of expertise include large scale development projects (acting for developers, local authorities and funders), dealing with, negotiating, and settling Section 106 agreements, planning and infrastructure agreements, affordable housing issues, planning appeals, compulsory purchase, highway issues, High Court actions including appeals and judicial reviews, environmental impact assessments and contaminated land issues.
