Andrew qualified in 2011 and joined Brecher in 2014. He specialises in commercial real estate and has experience in acquiring large freehold and leasehold investment portfolios. In particular, he has advised purchasers on potential issues that may lead to significant capital expenditure or which may hinder future development. Andrew also has experience in the retail sector advising tenants on development agreements and acquiring retail units within prominent national shopping centres.
Andrew has advised both tenants and landlords in respect of telecommunication agreements. Such work has ranged from advising clients on the legal status of existing agreements to negotiating new leases which balance both the needs of the operator for stability and the needs of the landowner to redevelop.
