Claude specialises in all aspects of private client work including tax, wills, trusts, powers of attorney, probate and charities. He acts for individuals, entrepreneurs, families, trustees, executors, beneficiaries, corporate entities, family offices, trust companies and other institutions supporting them.
Claude’s work involves advising on estate and succession planning, the creation and dissolution of domestic and/or international trust and corporate structures, the administration of complex estates and the creation and administration of charitable entities. This often requires complex structuring and tax advice with an international element and the co-ordination of guidance from advisers in other jurisdictions. Claude also has experience of contentious trusts and estates (both UK and international), involving the resolution of disputes affecting personal representatives, trustees and beneficiaries.
