Khadijeh is an Assistant Solicitor in our Real Estate Finance and Islamic Finance teams.
She qualified in August 2019 and joined Brecher in August 2021. Prior to joining Brecher, Khadijeh worked for national and multinational law firms focusing on major infrastructure projects to complex refinancing structures. Her experience involves advising a variety of domestic and cross-border finance transactions, including real estate investment and development finance and project finance, working with a range of clients that include banks, non-bank lenders and borrowers. She also has a wide range of related experience in Real Estate matters from acquisitions and disposals, to lease negotiations and landlord and tenant matters.
Khadijeh views the provision of her legal expertise as an extension of her client’s business, thereby always ensuring her clients legal and business needs are met to the highest of standards.
Whilst currently learning to speak Arabic, Khadijeh is also fluent in Persian.
