Bhavika is a solicitor in the Litigation Department specialising in commercial disputes, with a focus on insolvency and banking litigation.
Bhavika acts for a wide range of clients including lenders, receivers, insolvency practitioners, and directors. She takes pride in building a strong rapport with clients and is known for her direct and commercial approach to solving complex legal issues, many of which involve High Court proceedings.
Prior to joining Brecher in June 2023, Bhavika worked as a litigation solicitor at a prominent West End law firm where she gained extensive exposure to many areas of litigation.
Bhavika is a member of RAIIDAR International, a networking group for asset recovery, insolvency, dispute resolution and restructuring professionals. She is also a member of the Junior London Solicitors Litigation Association (JLSLA).
In her spare time, Bhavika enjoys volunteering, going to the theatre and reading psychological thrillers. She loves dining and trying new foods – always looking for her next favourite spot.
