Chris is a Director at Brecher with a broad range of general banking and real estate finance experience acting for a mixture of borrowers, lenders and funds alike. He has a focus on restructuring, Islamic and real estate (investment and development) finance.
Chris spent 5 years in the Middle East where he acted for a wide range of local and international banks which is where he grew his interest and experience in Islamic Finance.
Most recently, Chris has recently worked on a number of highly complex conventional and Shari’a compliant real estate transactions covering multiple jurisdictions as well as distressed non-performing real estate loan portfolio sale in Europe for both borrowers and lenders.
