Dan joined Brecher in 2025 having previously worked at several international law firms. He acts for investors, developers and private clients on a wide variety of matters both commercial and residential, and for lending institutions providing both development and acquisition finance.
In respect of investors, Dan acts on acquisitions, disposals, debt funding and asset management as well as advising on property holding structures both on and offshore.
In respect of developers, Dan’s expertise extends to site acquisition and assembly, funding and disposal.
In respect of private client’s Dan specialises in the high end prime central London market.
