Emma qualified into Brecher’s Property Finance team in April 2024, having completed seats in Commercial Property, Commercial Litigation and Property Finance during her Training Contract.
She has experience in both regulated and unregulated secured lending, as well as short-term finance transactions for a range of lenders. Emma is committed to meeting deadlines in the fast-paced lending environment in which the team operates and is recognised for her proactive attitude and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
