Hattie joined the firm in September 2022, as a Solicitor in Brecher’s Corporate team.
Hattie’s main experience is in corporate transactional work, including private company M&A, share buybacks and reductions of share capital. She regularly works on commercial matters, including shareholders’ agreements and business terms and conditions.
Hattie also has expertise in company law and assists with general company administration at both board and shareholder level, as well as advising on company constitutional documents and company restorations.
