Hattie advises on company sales and joint ventures. She has experience across multiple sectors including real estate, retail and technology. Hattie also advises on general commercial contracts including general terms and conditions for our clients.
Hattie has experience advising on employment contracts and performing due diligence on employment matters as relate to company sales.
Hattie also has expertise in company law and assists with general company administration at both board and shareholder level, as well as advising on company constitutional documents and company restorations.
Prior to joining the firm Hattie worked as a volunteer for the Ealing Community Advice Programme providing legal advice and assistance in a wide range of cases including employment law, immigration and housing.
