James joined the Real Estate Finance and Banking team as a Senior Associate in April 2025.
James and has gained experience acting on a wide variety of debt transactions since qualifying in 2018, including real estate financing and general corporate financing, which often include a cross-border element.
James advises lenders and borrowers on secured and unsecured transactions, which includes preparing and negotiating finance documents on their behalf.
