Judith is an Associate Conveyancer in the Real Estate department at Brecher and joined the firm in 2007.
She has over 20 years’ experience as a fee earner acting in predominantly residential transactions. However, during the last 10 years, Judith has gained particular expertise in acting for lenders, Law of Property Act receivers and administrators in dealing with the disposal of residential and commercial property, either by sale by private treaty or by auction sales.
Judith often has to deal with complex transactions and works very closely with the firm’s banking litigation team.
