Kasia is a Partner and Head of Immigration at Brecher, with over 15 years’ experience in UK immigration law. She delivers clear, practical advice tailored to the needs of both businesses and individuals.

Her practice spans all areas of UK immigration, with a focus on simplifying complex legal processes and helping clients navigate change with confidence. Kasia has supported clients through major developments in immigration law, including the introduction of the UK’s points-based system, Brexit, the EU Settlement Scheme, COVID-19-related changes, and numerous amendments to the Immigration Rules.

Kasia advises businesses on structuring immigration programmes that support talent acquisition, reduce costs, and ensure compliance. She regularly assists with sponsor licence applications, right to work checks, Civil Penalty Notices, and in-house compliance policies and training. She works closely with Brecher’s Employment, Corporate, and Private Wealth teams to provide seamless support to businesses setting up or expanding in the UK.

She also regularly delivers training to HR teams, legal departments, and senior leadership on immigration compliance and regulatory developments.

On the private client side, Kasia offers strategic and compassionate advice to individuals and families on work, study, investment, and family routes, as well as settlement and British citizenship.
