Keya joined Brecher LLP as a Paralegal in the Real Estate Finance team in September 2024.
Keya supports the team across a wide range of lender-side transactions, with a particular focus on redemptions, plot sales and short-term bridging finance. She also works on title insurance matters, helping to ensure the appropriate cover is in place to manage risk on complex transactions. Keya plays an active role in managing transactions from initial instruction through to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and matters progress efficiently.
