Matilda is a Director in the Real Estate Finance Team. She handles a range of property matters, primarily representing lenders and borrowers in respect of their finance transactions, including: regulated and unregulated mortgages; bridging loans; development finance; equity release; and Islamic/Shariah-compliant financing.
Matilda is an experienced conveyancing lawyer, and regularly acts for private clients and investors buying, selling and refinancing properties in London and across the UK.
