Robbie joined the Property Finance team as a Solicitor in March 2024.
Having previously enjoyed a similar role at a large regional law firm since qualifying in 2021. Robbie has acted for various lenders and has a particular interest in bridging finance and secured lending. He advises on all aspects of refinance and purchase loan originations and has experience of title insurance and other indemnity policies commonly utilised on fast-paced lending.
Robbie can also draw on valuable experience representing lenders and borrowers in different types of deals (e.g. new-build development finance, refurbishments, and commercial refinancing).
