Paul Murray acted on behalf of Montreaux Charlton Developments Limited in connection with their exchange of unconditional contracts for the purchase of the Stone Foundries site in Charlton from Langham Land Limited. The site was previously and is currently being used for the production of high integrity aluminium and magnesium used in the aerospace and defence industries. Montreaux agreed to pay for £45 million for the site and intend to submit a planning application for a comprehensive residential led redevelopment of the site for up to 1500 new homes.
