Alia is a Solicitor in the firm’s Real Estate Finance and Banking team. She has recently joined Brecher having completed her training at another city law firm.
She advises and assists both lenders and borrowers on all aspects of acquisitions, development funding, short term bridging financing and other related matters. She has experience of dealing with transactions over a number of asset classes and has acted for a broad spectrum of clients. She has worked on various high value commercial transactions sometimes covering multiple jurisdictions.
Alia takes great pride in her work and has a keen eye for detail. She is known for her calm and professional manner whilst facilitating transactions to a swift and timely completion taking in consideration her clients’ commercial needs.
