Anastasia qualified as a solicitor in 2011 in the Supreme Court of New South Wales and in 2012 in the High Court of Australia. She specialises in banking litigation and insolvency with a particular interest in contentious insolvency and has worked in the area of disputes and insolvency in both Australia and UK law firms.
Anastasia acts for various levels of stake holders including secured lenders, insolvency practitioners (in their various capacities as liquidators, administrators and receivers), directors and shareholders, and provides advice on all aspects of the corporate and personal insolvency process.
Anastasia’s practice focuses on a wide range of commercial litigation and insolvency disputes including advising clients on bringing and defending bankruptcy proceedings, bringing claims against former office holders, contract disputes, advising insolvency practitioners and office holders on all aspects of the insolvency regime, and bringing enforcement action on behalf of lenders.
Anastasia is a member of the Junior London Solicitor Litigation Association.
