Anita is a senior conveyancer, specialising in real estate and real estate finance.
Her current practice is mainly development based, where she acts for developers from the acquisition and site assembly stage, right the way through to disposal of the scheme to its end users.
She has significant experience of acting on the forward sale of residential schemes to registered providers.
She also has many years’ experience of acting for specialist real estate banks, lending on development real estate, where her banking experience is an enormous asset when acting for developers; as she has a thorough understanding of how to package deals effectively for funders.
Over the years, Anita’s wider experience has seen her acting (in both leading and assisting roles) in a number of complex and/or high value transactions and multiple real estate portfolios. She has also acted for both landlords and tenants; primarily in the commercial sector.
Anita is tenacious, thorough and unwaveringly committed to her clients. Her impressive loyal client base benefit from her ability to make even the most complicated transactions seem straightforward.
Anita has over 35 years’ experience in all aspects of real estate and joined Brecher in 2007.
