Jacqui joined Brecher in early 2018 as Head of Residential Property.
Jacqui has more than 25 years’ experience in residential real estate, acting for private clients both UK and international, developers, trustees and private trust companies, investment funds and banks.
Jacqui’s particular niche is dealing with complex high value transactions, including involvement in how transactions are structured to suit each individual client. She also undertakes new development set-up and sale management; enfranchisement, lease extensions, and non-contentious landlord and tenant work.
Jacqui qualified as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in 1997.
