James is a Partner in Brecher’s Dispute Resolution team
James specialises in international and domestic commercial disputes. James has experience of a wide range of commercial litigation matters, including advising clients on banking disputes, freezing injunctions (both pre-judgment and post-judgment injunctions), non-party costs orders, contempt proceedings, shareholder disputes and contractual claims.
He has a particular interest in data protection and cyber-crime matters, with experience of advising on the regulatory and legal issues arising from the same and their impact on businesses with particular reference to third party claims and insurance claims.
James is a member of the Junior London Solicitors’ Litigation Association and the Financial Services Lawyers’ Association.
