Kate is a Partner in the Real Estate Finance and Banking team.
Kate advises lenders and borrowers on a range of secured and unsecured debt transactions which can include transactions with a cross-border element.
Kate has a breadth of experience acting on syndicated and bilateral transactions for both investment and development assets in the real estate sector including hotels, super prime residential properties, retail and commercial assets as well as advising on other general corporate lending.
Kate qualified in 2005 and joined the firm in October 2018.
