Katie joined Brecher in 2021 and is a Solicitor in the Real Estate Finance Team. She predominantly deals with both regulated and unregulated secured lending and short-term finance transactions for a number of mid-market lenders. Katie is known for her proactive approach and ability to work at a fast pace. Her day-to-day work includes a mix of residential, refurbishment and semi commercial short term loans together with a specialism in development exit loans.
Her previous experience includes dealing with plot sales, redemptions and Land Registry issues.
