Ruth is a Director in our Real Estate team.
She has a very broad practice and advises on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions.
This includes negotiating high-end commercial lettings on behalf of both landlords and tenants, the acquisition and disposition of commercial properties, including development and investment properties as well as general property and asset management across a range of sectors
Ruth also acts for a number of lenders and borrowers, working with the Real Estate Finance and Banking team, particularly in relation to acquisition and development funding. She has considerable experience in acting for institutional clients, property developers, housing associations and investors.
She is known for her practical and commercial approach, her robust advice and her sense of humour.
Ruth is a member of the Westminster Property Association Next Gen. She is qualified in both the UK and the Republic of Ireland.
Ruth qualified as a solicitor in 2015 and joined the firm in 2017
