Sakis is a partner in our real estate team with over 20 years’ experience in dealing with landlord and tenant matters, investment transactions (dealing with multiple portfolio sales and acquisitions in addition to single asset deals) and development transactions. He is also a corporate support specialist and has worked for a number of years for banks on the real estate aspects of their funding requirements. He has also over the years supported insolvency teams on the real estate aspects of insolvency led transactions.
Sakis has wide experience of dealing with transactions over a number of asset classes including health facilities, shopping centres, shop units, leisure facilities, industrial parks, offices, petrol stations, hotels, farmland and residential.
He acts for or has acted for a broad spectrum of clients over the public and private sector including banks, real estate companies, high net worth individuals and large NHS Foundation trusts working on large projects coordinating teams internally and other lawyers from different jurisdictions where necessary. He prides himself on being client focused together with a determination to work with counterparties collegiately to bring projects to a conclusion as quickly as possible.
