Susan is an Associate (Licensed Conveyancer) in the Residential Real Estate team at Brecher.
As part of that team, Susan has worked with numerous developers in preparing new-build sites for off-plan and traditional sales and subsequently acting on those sales. Susan is highly experienced in dealing with site assembly issues and the preparation of comprehensive sales packs, designed to achieve a seamless and efficient sales process. Susan is highly valued for her diligent approach and highly personable manner and her calm and ordered approach in what can be a fraught process.
In addition, Susan is involved with individual residential conveyancing transactions, as well as acting on behalf of Trustees in Bankruptcy and Receivers and assisting with commercial asset management and lease renewals.
Susan joined Brecher as a legal secretary in 2004 and qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in 2017.
