Tom joined the Real Estate Finance and Banking team as a Senior Associate in January 2024.
Having previously enjoyed an all-encompassing range of commercial property work since qualifying in 2015, Tom is excited to specialise in secured lending because it allows him to play to many professional strengths. These include prioritisation, identifying and resolving variables, making judgment calls and transparent, constructive communication with clients, colleagues and third parties alike.
Tom can also draw on valuable experience representing lenders and borrowers in different types of deals (e.g., new-build development finance, refurbishments, commercial refinancing and charging of real estate assets alongside a corporate acquisition).
