Brecher’s Real Estate and Banking and Finance teams were delighted to act for an overseas investor advised by the Salamanca Group on the acquisition of Randall House in the City of London for a purchase price of £16.85m. The transaction completed in May 2017.

The property comprises a multi-let office building held on a long leasehold basis and is fully let following a recent refurbishment. The vendors were joint venture partners Tristan Capital and Addington Capital and acquisition finance was provided by Investec Bank plc.
