René is a New Zealand qualified Director specialising in all aspects of non-contentious construction law. He has a wide range of experience in New Zealand, the United Kingdom and Mongolia acting for both public and private sector clients in the drafting, negotiation and administration of a wide range of construction and engineering contracts including the JCT, FIDIC, NZS and NEC forms of contract.
