Dukelease crowned top prize winner at Evening Standard Home Awards

by on

On 20 May at the Dorchester hotel, one of Brecher’s key clients, Dukelease, together with Rolfe Judd, took home the Evening Standard Home Award for ‘Best Conversion’ and the prestigious ‘Grand Prix Award’ for their property development, Artisan.

Judged by industry experts and Evening Standard readers, the awards recognised excellence across the housing range.

Based in the heart of Fitzrovia, on the corner of Tottenham Court Road and Goodge Street,  Artisan boasts 13 luxury apartments and has been deemed as one of London’s most challenging conversions. This aspiring development took no less then seven years to complete, and Brecher has been involved from the very start on the acquisition, planning, funding, development and subsequent letting of the site.

Congratulations to Dukelease on this fantastic achievement.
