Peter Hughes, Redmond Byrne, Craig Sherrard and Mark Kingsley recently acted on the £15,500,000 purchase of a company owning  three buildings comprising 314 bedrooms specifically for student accommodation in the heart of Newcastle City Centre. With virtual 100% occupancy year on year, this is, for the client, a long-term investment.
