A Brecher team recently acted for one of Sir Lloyd Dorfman’s family companies, who exchanged contracts to acquire the long leasehold interest in 2-4 Soho Place from Derwent London for £40.5 million. click HERE for link to the article in The Standard.
The subject of the acquisition is an office building currently in the course of development, with a theatre on the lower floors, pre-let to a well known theatre group.
Completion will take place following practical completion of the building, expected in 2022. Valerie Brecher led the team, comprising partners Belinda Solomon and James Empson and director Peter Richards from real estate, together with partners Michael Nee and Wesley Fongenie from construction and planning respectively.
